Description of Stella Résidence

Construction: Monolithic concrete anti-earthquake construction, masonry with bricks "Wienerberger" with a thickness of 25 cm and additional entrails, with sound insulation between the apartments. The interior partitions in the apartments are soundproofed, also with a Wienerberger bricks, finished with white latex painted plaster and floor screed.

Façade: Ventilated façade sheaths of light pure Vratsa limestone from Bulkam Decor, Italian structural granite Nero Impala and complete insulation of cashed mineral wool with a thickness of 14 cm.

Joinery: Latest generation aluminum profiles Reynaers Masterline 8 Hi, triple glazing Saint Gobain with interrupted thermal bridge and with two profile colors - on RAL 7016 from the outside and white from the inside, realization of Valda.

Entrance doors: Armored fire-resistant doors with MDF with mechanical and electronic control. Segmental automated garage doors for all garages, realization of Logel.

Heating, hot water, gas: The building is fully secured with a quality gas installation. The installations are finished to the plug. For each apartment, Ruvex installs a standalone French gas boiler De Dietrich and Italian radiators Global. A complete system with reversible De Dietrich air conditioners with appropriate power is also installed. A possibility of additional installation of an electric water heater is assured.

Strong and weak currents: The realization of the overall electrical installation is from ElKor with materials of Schneider Electric and Legrand. Fiber optic cable is provided to each apartment with options for connexion to all national operators. HiKVision's intercom digital installation is a smart video system with color terminals and automatic recognition. CCTV and perimeter security are provided. The fire alarm is supplied by the Italian company INIM.
